ESC Schools provides after-school clubs, holiday camps, and coaching services. Our online booking system is hosted through Class4Kids.

- Class4Kids (our booking system provider)

7. Data Retention
- HAF data is retained until October following the summer programme for reporting, then securely deleted.
- All other booking-related data is retained for up to 2 years for safeguarding and record-keeping purposes.

Your data is stored within the UK and is not transferred internationally.

Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for promotional use.
- Consent is requested at booking.
- If you opt out, we will ensure your child is not included in any media content.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling based on your data.
